For 20 years Mr. Kalmatov served in customs authorities, from inspector to Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Service. Mr. Kalmatov has several departmental and state awards. Retired colonel of the customs service.
From December 20, 2019 to the present – holds the position of Deputy Director of the Probation Department under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
